Project Manager

An accomplished project management professional with over 5-year experience in managing and delivering challenging projects in the IT&ICT field. Managed a wide range of HW&SW projects of various complexity level and volume from 5- to 7-figure budget, having different technical meaning (IT, Virtualization, Cloud, IoT, complex infrastructure projects, application level projects etc.). Capable of managing the full project lifecycle including plans development, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality control, documentation, team management and contracts. Skilled in Waterfall and most common frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) of Agile methodologies. - Experience in working in a multicultural environment, with distributed teams. - Experience in implementing long-term projects up to one and a half year, experience in managing multiple projects. - Managing various types of teams/resources and different technical specialists (staff/outstaff, frontline delivery team, remote support team, RnD assigned experts, maintenance team etc.).
