Digital Marketer (SaaS startup) - remote
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer (preferably SaaS or tech startup) to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Oversee both on-page and off-page efforts are optimal to ensure all our in-product experience and marketing activities are generating leads, sales, and return-on-investment (ROI).
Digital Campaigns – Help plan and implement digital campaigns across all digital channels.
Email – Setup and send emails, as well as assist with subscriber data management, list segmentation, subscriber acquisition and retention, automation, testing and optimization, etc.
Web – Setup and edit blog posts, resource pages and campaign landing pages, as well as assist with SEO, testing and optimization, web forms, etc.
Facebook Advertising – Setup ad campaigns and custom audiences, as well as assist with planning, monitoring engagements/conversions, tracking campaign optimizations, etc.
Social Media – Set up social media posts, as well as assist with social media planning, audience growth and engagement strategies, etc.
Measure and report performance of digital campaigns and initiatives, assessing against pre-determined objectives.
Collect and organize key metrics for all digital channels – help identify trends and insights and provide recommendations for future testing and optimization based on the insights.
Help create reports and dashboards for digital campaigns, digital channel analysis, OKRs, etc.
===== MUST HAVE: ======
- Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
-Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Great writing skills and creativity
- Impeccable English
-Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
-Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
-Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, Matomo, Amplitude, Baidu Analytics)
-Working knowledge of ad serving tools
-Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
-Strong SEO, SMM, SEM knowledge
-Paid social media advertising expertise
