We're building the next big thing in handling customer relationships and feedback in Russia, and from it to the rest of the world. Our B2B SaaS product is almost public ready and we decided to target Russia as our initial market with almost no exact competitor. Targeting Russian companies in general, and IT companies in particular who find difficulties handling users feature requests and reports. Another possible customer is big organizations wishing to have a space for their employees for anonymous feedback. Role Description This is a full-time remote role. The Non-Technical Co-Founder will work closely with the 2 Technical Founders to articulate the company's vision, strategy, and objectives. He/She will oversee the company's finances, marketing, and legal compliance, and will also build relationships with potential customers, partners, and investors. Having a say on the product direction and identity at this early stage is also expected. A link to the built MVP and further details of our future vision will be shared with the shortlisted candidates. Qualifications • Preferred to be of Russian citizenship or at least has lived in Russia for a long time. • Must be fluent in English (B2-C1 level at least). • Demonstrated expertise in marketing, Public Relations, and growing startups or small businesses. • Outstanding people skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, such as customers, partners, investors, and team members. • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with budgeting, or financial modelling. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities. • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, management, finance, or a related field • Fundraising experience is a plus. • Experience working in a remote environment is a plus. • Experience with the legal process of starting businesses in Russia is a huge plus.
